Professional 10mm short-series ball nose end mill manufactured from HSS-Co8 and coated with ALUNIT®, featuring a 5mm radius, two flutes, centre-cutting geometry and a 30° Type N normal helix for accurate contouring, profiling, copy milling and general milling applications.

The Maykestag Series 1057 is a precision HSS-Co8 ball nose end mill with a radiused cutting end, designed for machining curved profiles, rounded transitions, contoured surfaces and three-dimensional forms. Its centre-cutting geometry allows the cutting edges to work across the centre of the tool, while the two-flute configuration provides effective chip space during milling. The short-series construction provides increased rigidity and helps reduce tool deflection, supporting accurate machining and a consistent finish.
