If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid within a reasonable time.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR), unless clearly stated otherwise.

Prices may be subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already accepted by us, except where a clear pricing error has occurred.

The full price payable at checkout may include delivery charges and any other clearly indicated fees. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available on the website.

We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until full payment has been received and confirmed.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods to the delivery address supplied by you within the estimated timeframes communicated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, courier operations, public holidays, remote delivery areas or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact details and any access instructions supplied are complete and correct.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership in the goods will pass to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, notify us promptly so that we can investigate and assist.

Failure to notify us immediately does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law, but prompt notice helps us resolve issues faster.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and any rights you may have under applicable South African law.

To qualify for a return where a non-defect return is permitted, goods should generally be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories and documentation, subject always to applicable law.

Certain goods may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, special-order or other lawful reasons, provided this is clearly stated and does not override any non-excludable statutory rights.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain goods. Where a manufacturer warranty exists, details may be provided on the product page, packaging or supporting documentation.

Any manufacturer warranty is in addition to, and not in place of, any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Where a warranty claim is made, we may require reasonable supporting information, photographs, proof of purchase or inspection of the goods before the claim is finalised.
